These terms govern your use of the LumoHR marketing site at lumohr.com (“the site”), operated by Mulanji Technologies Solution Limited (RC: 1909785), Nigeria (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is an informational marketing site. Its purpose is to describe LumoHR and to let you request a demo. It does not create accounts and does not provide the LumoHR service itself.

Use of the LumoHR application (at app.lumohr.com) — including any payroll or employee-data processing — is governed by a separate agreement between the customer and Mulanji. Nothing on this marketing site forms part of that agreement, creates a contract for the LumoHR service, or is a binding commitment to provide the service.

The LumoHR and Mulanji names, logos, and marks, and all content on this site (text, graphics, layout, and design), are owned by Mulanji Technologies Solution Limited or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the site to learn about LumoHR, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute its content without our written permission.

You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems; interfere with or disrupt the site; or submit false, misleading, or another person’s information through the demo-request form.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we aim to keep the information on it accurate and current, we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, or error-free, or that the site will always be available or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this marketing site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
