This site, lumohr.com, is operated by Mulanji Technologies Solution Limited (RC: 1909785), a company registered in Nigeria (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

This policy covers only the LumoHR marketing site. It does not cover the LumoHR application at app.lumohr.com, where payroll and employee data are processed — that service has its own separate terms and its own data-retention policy. The marketing site does not create user accounts and does not process payroll or employee data.

We collect only the information you choose to submit through our demo-request form: your full name, work email address, company name, and optionally your country and a short message. We do not collect this information by any other means on this site, we do not create accounts, and — as set out in our Cookie Policy — this site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your demo request and to follow up with you about LumoHR. Our basis for this is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.

Demo-request submissions are sent to a Mulanji business inbox for sales follow-up. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate the site and respond to you (such as our email and hosting providers), acting on our instructions.

We keep demo-request information for up to 12 months from our last contact with you about your enquiry, after which it is deleted or anonymised. If your enquiry becomes an ongoing customer relationship, the information is retained under the terms governing that relationship.

We are a Nigerian controller, and your information may be processed or stored outside the country where you live (for example, by our hosting or email providers). Where that happens, we take steps to ensure your information stays protected and is handled in line with applicable data-protection law.

Depending on where you are, you have rights over your personal data — including to access it, correct it, delete it, or object to our use of it. To exercise any of these, email hello@lumohr.com. We will acknowledge and action your request within 30 days.
